A. Course Design

Course Title: COMPUTER SYSTEMS SERVICING

Nominal Duration: 280 Hours

Qualification Level: NC II

This course is designed to develop & enhance the knowledge, skills, & attitudes of a Computer
Systems Service Technician, in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic and common

systems, set-up computer networks and servers and to maintain and repair computer systems and
networks.

Trainees or students wishing to gain entry into this course should possess the following requirements:

 Grade 10 completers
Trainee Entry Requirements:
 Can communicate effectively both oral and written form.
 Must pass the trainability/aptitude test.
