The social impact that social networks and the internet have on society today is very
great, they have directly affected our social environment, this has many advantages, but
also some disadvantages. In connection matters, the internet and social networks give us
a lot, we can communicate with family and important people, either for a greeting or for
a job, for example using email for the latter, or using it to inform us of news that are
happening and we can find out about events that we could not, you can also make
virtual purchases and have ways of entertainment, but now that we are going through a
very difficult time for humanity, of not being able to leave home and not being able to
go to offices or classrooms, taking full advantage of the internet to continue studying or
working, to take advantage of social networks to continue with businesses that cannot
attend to their clients in person, using Facebook or Instagram for example to continue
promoting their products and being able to carry out addresses , helping many people
economically. But the internet or social networks also have the other side of the coin,
since if they are not used properly, people can use them for incorrect purposes, such as
cyberbullying, uploading inappropriate content for other users or generating false news
and misinforming people and generating a chain of gossip or generating chains of hatred
of people just for not agreeing with it. But in my opinion, social networks and the
internet are important and bring more benefits to humanity than problems, because the
internet or social networks are used as one sees fit and there are more people looking for
a common good and searching New technologies help a few people looking for
discordant ways and problems for others, you just have to raise awareness and use these
mass media in the best possible way.
EL IMPACTO SOCIAL DE LAS REDES SOCIALES Y EL INTERNET

El impacto social que tienen las redes sociales y el internet en la sociedad hoy día es
muy grande, estos han afectado directamente a nuestro entorno social, esto conlleva
muchas ventajas, pero también algunos inconvenientes . En cuestiones de conexión, el
internet y las redes sociales nos aportan muchísimo, podemos comunicarnos con
familiares y personas importantes, ya sea para un saludo como para un trabajo, usando
por ejemplo el correo electrónico para este último, o usarlo para informarnos de noticias
que estén pasando y poder enterarnos de sucesos que no podríamos, también se pueden
hacer compras virtuales y tener maneras de entretenimiento, más0 ahora que estamos
pasando por un momento muy difícil para la humanidad, de no poder salir de casa y no
poder ir a oficinas o aulas de clase, aprovechándonos al máximo del internet para seguir
estudiando o laborando, poder aprovechar las redes sociales para seguir con negocios
que no pueden atender a sus clientes de manera presencial, utilizando Facebook o
Instagram por ejemplo para seguir promocionando sus productos y poder realizar
domicilios, ayudando a muchas personas de manera económica. Pero el internet o las
redes sociales también tienen la otra cara de la moneda, ya que si no se utilizan de
manera adecuada las personas pueden usarlas para fines incorrectos, como hacer
cyberbullying, subir contenido no apropiado para los demás usuarios o generar noticias
falsas y desinformar a las personas y generar una cadena de chismes o generar cadenas
de odio a personas solo por no estar de acuerdo con esta. Pero en mi opinión las redes
sociales y el internet son importantes y traen más beneficios a la humanidad que
problemas, porque a él internet o a las redes sociales se le da el uso que uno crea más
conveniente y hay más personas buscando un bien común y buscar ayuda de las nuevas
tecnologías que unas pocas personas que buscan formas discordias y problemas a otros,
solo hay que generar conciencia y utilizar de la mejor manera posible estos medios de
comunicación masiva.
