• Size of business – Estimated size 2000Cr+ in Fy 21
• Product Portfolio – Food processing segment, Agri infra segment, Commodity Funding segment , Agri EXIM clients
• No. of employees handled - 15
• No. of reportees - 5

Overall Job Description:


The candidate will be responsible for aggressive growth in the F&A segment and managing existing clients.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development
To develop the Food & Agri domain in the Bank
Prepare a Business plan and ensure roll out in consultation with various stakeholders.
Generate sustainable Investment Banking and Projecting financing deals within the Food & Agri space
Ensure Fee income and minimum spread as per KRA.

Relationship Building
Work with various teams who hold relationships in this domain to deepen the engagement.
Ensure development and training of team and build various channels for sourcing

Portfolio Management
Ensure quality and primary credit of the deals.
Establish Food & Agri Research desk to keep a tab on key developments
EWS tracking with regular sectoral reviews and uodates to management

Effective Team Management


Build a team of specialists to significantly enhance the business in this segment.
Contribute to smooth and auto functioning of the Business Unit.
Work with cross functional teams and manage stakeholders with diverse view points.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:


EDUCATION WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential requirement: Post Graduate Essential requirement: Minimum 18 years Work Exp. In
Banking & Agri Industry
Preferred: MBA /CA/CAIIB
Preferred: Significant Experience in Food & Agri Domain

Any specific requirements


• Preferably Senior officials specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Team management skills, strong networking and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the domain & of finance (Understanding of audited financials)
• Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Compensation Range : As per industry standards Age Range : Upto 45 yrs.
