Yo no acostumbro hacer muchas promesas porque muchas veces no puedo mantenerlo.

cuando yo prometo mantener una promesa tengo que hacer muchas cosas para
mantenerla porque no tengo tiempo suficiente. hace un año yo le prometí a mi mejor
amiga acompañarla hacer ejercicio todas las mañanas y después yo me iba a trabajar y en
la noche estudiar, pero no pude mantener esa promesa más de una semana porque yo
estaba muy cansada y no me quería levantar muy temprano en la mañana. Yo me disculpé
con ella y organicé bien mis horarios para poder cumplirle a ella y también para mejorar
mi salud física.
I don't usually make a lot of promises because many times I can't keep it. When I promise
to keep a promise I have to do a lot of things to keep it because I don't have enough time.
A year ago I promised my best friend to accompany her to do exercise every morning and
then I would go to work and study at night but I couldn´t keep that promise for more than
a week because I was very tired and I didn´t want to get up very early in the morning. I
apologized to her and I organized my schedules to be able to comply with her and also to
improve my physical health
