Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

The INDEPENDENCE always been my increased motivation to keep going.

economic, social, intellectual and emotional independence brings SECURITY
to my life and so I can improve my LIFESTYLE every day and guarantee my
family a future.
The MONEY doesn’t bring happiness but it helps to live a comfortable life.
Being COMPETENT in my job or profession is my ideal, not to guarantee my
economic status, but to have my work recognized as a professional.
Overcoming the CHALLENGES will bring me experience and this will help
my life in all fields.
RECOGNITION of my work or person helps to obtain good references and
opportunities.
Having good references will make it easier for me to have RELATIONSHIPS
with different people in the workplace or in my daily life.
Obviously the INTEREST in my profession will make me not fall into monotony
and boredom, the VARIETY of my work will make me passionate every day,
either for my life or my profession.
