I would like to bring to your notice that two criminals allegedly M. Chumbemo Ezung and M.
Ekonthung Ezung of Lakhuti Village were arrested on 6th Feburary 2020 by the police
personnels on the allegations that the criminals have committed offences under Section 34,
323, 447, 448, 457, 506, etc., Of the Indian Penal Court and other certain laws against my
family.
There is an unacceptable risk that, if granted bail, the two criminals will further threaten my
family, endangering the safety of my family and commit further offence against my family,
they will fail to appear before the proper appropriate and obstruct the course of justice or
interfere with the witnesses.
Therefore I request the honourable court to please reject the bail of the two criminals until the
case is settled by the competent court.

SUB: PLEA TO TAKE UP CASE AGAINST M. CHUMBENTHUNG EZUNG AND

M. EKONTHUNG EZUNG FOR OFFENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND
CHILDREN.

Madam,
With due respect I would like to bring to your notice that on 6th February, 2020, at around 7:45
pm, while my family was retiring into our bedrooms, two criminals M. Chumbenthung Ezung
and M. Ekonthung Ezung S/o Mhonthung Ezung of Lakhuti Village, forcefully barged into my
private residence at Officer Colony, Wokha armed with baton and rod, physically assaulted me
and other four members of my family including my husband and two minor daughters without
any provocations. Their weapons, kicks and blows have grievously injured me and all five of
us.
Therefore, I request you to look into the matter and punish the criminals for voluntary causing
hurt, criminal forces and assault, crime against women and minor girl children, criminal
intimidation.
