Recent Developments, January 2011


• Since October 1, 2010, an additional $30,000 has been donated for
the Amazing Grace Home (AGH), bringing the Capital fund balance
to over $240,000 (chart shows fund growth through Sept. 30, 2010).
• The policy and procedure operating manual and resident handbook
for AGH have been prepared, and the board of directors is preparing
to review and refine these documents.
• A realtor has been retained to act as MWC’s agent in the search for
just the right location for the home.
• Several opportunities have presented themselves as sites for the home,
and MWC’s board is reviewing each option. Please pray that the Lord
would direct us to the right place, in His time. so that the Amazing
Grace Home can be established.
