TO: THE SDCC BOARD OF DIRECTORS

This is a formal request from the members of the Military Affairs Council to the SDCC Board of Directors for
the funds that are in the operating and savings account of the SDCC Military Affairs Committee.

These funds were collected for and earmarked to be used to support the military and the military families.

We are asking that the SDCC donate these funds to the Military Affairs Council Inc 501C3. More than 70% of
the former Military Affairs Committee members have joined our organization and were an integral part of
raising the funds. We can assure you that we will follow our mission to use the funds for the military.

Please respond by sending a check to the address above by May 15, 2020.
