BOM/WIP/INV - Decimal Precision Inconsistencies (Doc ID 1068875.6)

You notice that BOM has only six (6) decimal place precision. You believe BOM
previously had precision of nine (9) decimal places.

What are the decimal precisions across BOM, WIP and INV?

Solution Description
--------------------
At one point in time, BOM did support nine (9) decimal places. However, to be
more consistent with WIP, it was changed to support six (6) decimal places.

The system currently supports the following:

BOM supports 6 decimal places

WIP supports 6 decimal places
INV supports 5 decimal places

Inventory Enhancement Request 767483 was logged to request the decimal places
be changed to support nine (9) decimal places.
