    Covid-19 Test Results for Students and School Staff Through the Department of Health in Pasco

    You will receive a telephone call from the Department of Health with your lab results. If you have not received
    your results in THREE DAYS, please contact the Department of Health at 727-619-0300.

    Please give staff your name, date of birth, and phone number and someone will return your call shortly.

    Do not return to work or school until you have your test results.
    REMINDER: If you are being tested because of one of the below reasons, please make sure you do not return
    to campus until after your quarantined time is up or you have been directed by your medical provider or the
    Florida Department of Health.

     New or worsening onset of symptoms (e.g. fever greater than 100.4, sore throat, uncontrolled
    cough, or other symptoms listed by the CDC)
     Been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19
     Have recently tested positive for COVID-19
