Job Duties & Responsibilities:

 Supervise housekeeping employees allotted to their area of activity


 Check all areas and see that they meet standard of cleanliness stipulated
 Maintain a regular and complete advanced program for renovating publics areas
 Inspect staff turns out
 Under take daily rostering of staff when required
 Check the par stock of linen and guest supplies and cleaning supplies on floor
 Prepare house keeping occupancy list for front office
 Liaise with house keeping desk for list of rooms that need to be cleared for sale
 Record lost and found items as per laid down norms
 Try to develop Housekeeping Systems&procedures.

 Receive guests’ complaints and identify source of action, refer to management as


needed
 Respond quickly to guest complaints in friendly manner and appropriate action is taken.
