ESPAÑOL, SOLO MODIFICAN SU ESTRUCTURA EN LA TERCERA PERSONA DEL SINGULAR (HE, SHE, IT)
COMO SE PUEDE OBSERVAR, EL VERBO MANTIENE SU FORMA Y UNICAMENTE SE AGREGA UNA “S” AL FINAL EN LOS PRONOMBRES

Al convertir una oración en voz activa a voz pasiva, el objeto de la primera pasa a ser el sujeto de la segunda. En este
caso “the piano” que era el objeto de la voz activa en la primera oración, pasó a ser el sujeto de la oración en voz pasiva
de la segunda oración.
La voz pasiva se forma por el SUJETO + VERBO TO BE + VERBO PASADO PARTICIPIO (ESTE VERBO NOS INDICA LA ACCION
PRINCIPAL) + COMPLEMENTO. EL PASADO PARTICIPIO DE LOS VERBOS REGULARES SE FORMA AGREGANDO UN “ED” AL
FINAL: PLAY = PLAYED, WATCH = WATCHED, ETC.

“The book” que era el objeto de la voz activa, pasó a ser el sujeto de la oración en voz pasiva.
*El verbo read es un verbo irregular por eso su forma en pasado participio es read.

El presente perfecto lo utilizamos cuando se habla de un evento que se inició en el pasado y sigue teniendo influencia en
el presente.

RECUERDA QUE EL PASADO PARTICIPIO DE LOS VERBOS REGULARES SE FORMA AGREGANDO AL FINAL “ED”.
LOS VERBOS IRREGULARES NO SIGUEN ESTA REGLA POR LO QUE DEBEN SER APRENDIDOS DE MEMORIA.

ADJECTIVES
Los adjetivos son palabras utilizadas para describir personas, animales o cosas. Ejemplos: pretty, big, expensive, bad
USO CON EL VERBO TO BE:
The flower is pretty = La flor es bonita (pretty es usado para describir cómo es la flor)
The building is huge = El edificio es enorme (huge es usado para describir cómo es el edificio)
ATENCION: Cuando queremos describir algo o alguien utilizando el VERB TO BE la posición del adjetivo es después del
verbo: Subject + Verb + Adjective
The flower is pretty
ATENCION: Cuando queremos describir algo o a alguien SIN utilizar el VERB TO BE la posición del adjetivo es antes del
sustantivo.
