• Cutting Edge Intelligence is a product

development company founded in Los
Angeles, California in 2006 by several
experienced partners in the IT industry. CEI
covers multiple industries and develops long
term businesses for their partners and clients.

• We are currently a Microsoft Partner and we

are in a process of implementing the ISO 9001
quality standard.

Responsible for consulting the client’s online
business and design of the custom
applications per client’s needs. Has 9+ years
of experience in online business and
technologies. Head of CEI’s lab inventing the
new tools for the Web 2.0 and Web 3.0
market, such as complex multi-lingual, multi-
country and multi-currency platforms for
international clients. Modules include
custom SaS, ecommerce, Daily Process
Management etc.
JT Klepp, Business Development, MobiOne
JT is responsible for the Business
Development on the Australian market. He is
executive with experience with corporate
finance and digital media/internet strategy.
Extensive background in the mobile content
industry., content distribution, service
delivery platforms, mergers and acquisitions,
mobile operators.

Delanee Collins, PMP, Project Management
20 years of complex, large-scale enterprise
product and systems implementation
experience with a proven record of success.

Ilija Misov, CTO, (MCAD)
The person behind each module, designing
the code and the architecture of the tools
and functionality. Having 10+ years
experience in the technology area, he is the
authority in the team of CEI and a certified
Microsoft Certified Application Developer
(id: 726202 access code: ilijamisov).
Brion McDonough, Creative Director
Based in San Francisco, he had worked with
many silicon valley companies for over 12
years. Some of them include Apple, Sony
Playstation, Microsoft, American Express,
Linux etc. He oversees the global creative
force of CEI for North America.

Goce Pejoski, Lead Architect, MCP
Goce has been with CEI since the day one.
He designed every architecture for every
product that CEI had developed. He is a
Microsoft Certified Professional and has over
five years of experience and he is currently
taking his MBA.
Alessandra Di Silvestro, UX Expert
Is responsible for the Usability and User
Experience of every online business that CEI
creates. She had worked for over 10 years in
Italy and in France for international clients,
as Societe General, Veuve Cliquot, Italian
Motorways, Yale University, Politecnico of
Milano, etc.

• Our company consists of 25 permanent employees on staff and works with approximately 20 independent
contractors in 3 locations around the world (Macedonia, USA & Canada). This allows us to efficiently
manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as maintain and host an unlimited number of clients. In-
house we have Designers, GUI Developers, Programmers, Flash Developers, Software Architects, a Quality
Assurance Team, Project Managers and System Administrators. The organizational chart is described below

 Benefits of Working with CEI

• We are a product-oriented company. Together with the client, we build

their business, we don’t just “rent” developers.

• We train our own employees in our Educational Center for at least six
months after they graduate from university and before they start working
with us. IT certification is optional, but knowledge is a must.

 Managing Long-distance Work

• Almost 95% of our clients are long distance, 50% of which are in different time
zones. How do we handle that for over 5 years?
• We use a very user-friendly task management and tracking system that
incorporates the Clients, the Project/Product and each Member of the
Development Team into one place where everyone tracks the progress on a
daily basis. Each team has a dedicated Project Manager.
• For Clients in a different time zones, we have adjusted work schedules to
accommodate seamless workflow and communication.

 Security Levels

• CEI is establishing bio-metric access (fingerprint

readers) at our brand new offices with the following
levels:

– Level 1: All employees can access the offices and

common areas

– Level 2: Only the employees of special projects can access

their particular office, unless escorted by a Level 2 security
employee.

 Our Servers

• Our servers are located in the most cutting edge building owned by Equinox in the Los
Angeles area. The facility hosts the servers of Google, Sun Systems, Play Station, MySpace,
Facebook, Microsoft and others.
The center has full UPS power, back-up systems, and N+1 (or greater) redundancy.
Equinix’s robust Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC) system handles the
demanding cooling requirements of high-power density deployments.
• It is supplied with multiple optic fiber pipes from all of the major carriers for zero pocket
loss bandwidth, raised floors and diesel generators. The power is supplied from two
independent electrical sources from California Edison.
