1.  Grease  Kettle    
 
Suitable  for  preparing  greases  up  to  6  MT/batch.  The  Kettle  is  fabricated  out  of  8mm  graded  quality  
steel   and   fitted   with   limpet   coils   for   thermic   fluid   heating   and   cooling.   The   coils   are   duly   insulated  
with  glass  wool  and  cladded  with  aluminum  sheets.  Inlet,  outlet  and  drain  fittings  are  provided  on  the  
coils.  
 
Temperature  pockets  with  gauges  are  provided  at  two  level  of  the  kettle.  The  bottom  is  dished  type  
and   fitted   with   a   flush   bottom   discharge   valve   and   one   valve   for   sample   removing,   testing   and  
checking.   The   agitator   assembly   consists   of   a   duplex   designed   system   where   shafts   fitted   with  
agitators   throughly   blend   the   grease   as   well   as   move   the   entire   mass.   Scrapers   are   provided   at   the  
sides   and   bottom   of   the   agitator   assembly.   The   drive   consists   of   a   30   HP   3ph   415V   electric   motor  
coupled  to  a  heavy  duty  gear  box  by  couplings.  The  output  shaft  of  the  gear  box  is  coupled  to  a  stool  
housing  complete  with  bearings,  oil  seals  and  teflon  rope.  The  entire  drive  assembly  is  mounted  on  a  
sturdy  frame  structure.  The  top  opening  is  provided  with  a  hinged  type  cover  to  facilitate  charging  of  
grease  and  to  prevent  splashing.

DELIVERY:
Will be within 12/16 weeks from the date of receipt of clear P.O. along with 35% Advance for
the same. Balance to be covered by unrestricted irrevocable site LC. Or via TT when equipment
is ready for shipment.

VALIDITY OF OFFER:
30 days from this offer date.
COMMISIONING:
Charges for supervision for 1 week only will be US$ 2500.00 Extra. Thereafter USD 100.00 / day
will be charged extra. All Air Travel, local travel, lodging, boarding and out of pocket expenses
in clients scope.

WARRANTY:
18 months form date of dispatch
