Preparation Phase
Teachers' Orientation
Parents' Orientation
Infomation Dissemination through posting of signages to nearby households, school bulletin or any area that is conspicuous, and
sending messages via text or messenger to parents
Preparing the learning package through printing of modules and necessary documents such as attendance, class program, parents'
agreement form, modular distance learning flowchart etc., and place it in the envelope
Putting up drop off/pick up stations where the learning packages were being placed for distribution or retrieval courtesy by grade
level spearheaded by grade leaders
Settinng up school health protocols and guidelines

Implementation Phase
Distribution of learning package by grade level following the schedules being agreed to avoid overcrowding
Monitoring the process guided by the monitoring tool prescribed by the division, and checked if the health protocols were being
followed by the concerned individuals
Ask updates and gather data on the number of learning packages that were being distributed versus the number of enrolled learners
Collecting of feedback from the adivisers during the learning package completion by learners
Monitor the retrieval and checking of the modules .

Post Activity Phase


Gather the issues and concerns data coming from the responses of the parents and teachers
Spearhead the focus group discussion team to address the issues and concerns
Prepare the strategic procces that was being formulated during FGD for implementation
Call for an open forum with teachers highlighting the recommended solutions for the issues and concerns.
Provide expressions of appreciation towards teachers works and effort for the conduct of LDM
