Safe & Secure Commercial Facility

Introduction

Fire & Security Association of India (“FSAI) conducts Finest India Skills & Talent (“FIST”)
Awards every year to recognize extraordinary contribution of organizations and individuals in
the field of security, safety, firefighting and emergency response. FIST Awards 2020 will be held
during the Fire and Safety India Expo scheduled at Greater Noida, India on February 27th 2020.

This award aims to recognize efforts of end user organizations which have successfully
implemented best Fire safety & security practices and controls to protect its people and assets.

Selection Process

1. Round 1 - After receiving complete Application Form, the entries will be judged by a
team comprising of Third Party eminent and neutral organization and members of reputed
Jury bench. Out of the entries received shortlisted entries will be processed for the second
round.
 2. Round 2 - The shortlisted entries amongst the Project Category shall be physically visited
and verified by a team of professionals in the field of Fire Safety and Security. Based on
the physical verification and the entry forms the winner shall be chosen by a team of third
party eminent and neutral organization and members of reputed Jury bench

Who can apply:

1. Any organization registered in India and operating in India and has shown extraordinary
effort and dedicated commitment towards its people and assets to protect them from security
risks & safety hazards. Please note that this award does not apply to Original Equipment
Manufacturers (“OEMs”) of safety & security products.

2. A Commercial Facility complying to the following:

a. The Facility should be in possession of all valid licenses, NOCs and complying to all
statutory norms for the function of the facility.
b. The Facility should be demonstrating high standards in terms of Fire Safety & Security
against all normal and typical hazards and threats. The applicant should be commitment to
follow all statutory norms and self-set standards in the field of Fire Safety & Security.

All the questions given below should be answered in a not more than 20 slides presentation
(submitted in a pdf format)

Note: A nominee should submit adequate documentation to support the information filled in the
nomination form. Inadequate supporting documentation may lead to disqualification of a
nomination.

Details of the Entry Fees: There is a nominal Nomination Processing Fee of RS. 3,000/- + GST
for every entry. Organizations that are FSAI Corporate member of FSAI (only currently valid
corporate membership) are exempted to pay this processing fee.

The completed application (in form of a presentation in pdf format should be sent to

through an email shall be sent to each nominee
