Importan nt Notes: 
‐ SDK shou uld be installed in yourr computer. 
‐ P6EXTRA ACT Excel file is designeed for 2007 format only. 
‐ P6EXTRA ACT Access ffile can be oopened by b both Accesss 2003 & 20 007. 
‐ P6EXTRA ACT.mdb should be exttracted to C C:/ otherwisse the queryy in the exceel file will 
look for ssome location which yo ou have to manually seet‐up. 
‐ P6EXTRA ACT.xlms can be saved anywhere in the comp puter. 
‐ P6EXTRA ACT.xlms co ontains maccro (it’s safee, don’t worrry) so pleasse make surre that 
security llevel is set tto low. 
‐ You may modify datta in the exccel sheet beecause it’s just utilizingg the pivot ttable and 
reports tools.
