DIFFERENT CONDITIONS RELATING
TO MANDATORY QUARANTINE
Period of Quarantine Order, 2020
THE Superintendent of Public Health notifies that in
accordance with article 2 (1) of the Period of Quarantine
Order, 2020, the quarantine of the person travelling from
Los Angeles, United States of America, on the 27th August,
2020, with connecting flight from Amsterdam, Netherlands,
with scheduled arrival in Malta on 28th August, 2020, at
15.15hrs, shall be subject to those conditions of quarantine
as communicated to them by the Superintendent.

In virtue of Article 52(1) of the Traffic Regulation
Ordinance (Cap. 65), the Commissioner of Police hereby
notifies that the transit of vehicles from the streets mentioned
hereunder will be suspended on the dates and times indicated.

From Friday, 4th September, 2020, at 6.00 pm till Saturday,
5th September, 2020, at 7.00 p.m., through Misraħ Wistin
Abela.
Cospicua
Transit and parking of vehicles is prohibited from Friday,
4th September, 2020, till Sunday, 6th September, 2020, from
4.00 p.m. onwards, through the following streets:
Triq il-Gendus, Pjazza Santa Margerita, Triq il-
Konservatorju, Triq Verdala, Triq il-Ġublew tal-Fidda (from
tunnel till the Local Council), Triq Erin Serracino Inglott,
Misraħ Bormla, Triq San Ġorġ, Triq Matty Grima, Triq Santa
Margerita, Suq Bonnici, Triq Xandru and Triq San Ġużepp.
The above mentioned streets will also be closed for route
buses on these same dates and times.
Any vehicles found parked in contravention to the order
of this notice are liable to be towed away.

according to Article 187(3) of the Code of Organisation and
Civil Procedure et sequitur of Cap. 12.

Regulation Board of Gozo and Comino, filed on the 9th July,
2020, by FAD Enterprises Limited (C 71214), in the warrant
of Prohibitory Injunction Number: 29/2020MV in the names
FAD Enterprises Ltd vs Joseph Vella in his personal name and
on behalf of Ta’ Natu Limited, respectfully submitted that:
Application of FAD Enterprises Ltd (C 71214) of Maison
d’Amour, Triq Dun Ġorġ Preca, Nadur.
Stated with respect and confirmed on oath by Simon
Said, holder of identity card 0021375G:
That the applicant has an interest that the rights of the
applicant are protected.
That to safeguard his rights, the applicant wants to
withhold the respondent:
In any way or manner he transfers, cedes, assigns and/
or assigns both free of charge and/or onerous or gratuitous
title or encumbrances any property including the premises
formerly known as Ta’ Natu Supermarket in Triq il-
Kostituzzjoni with another access in Triq il-Għalliel, Mosta.
That between the parties there is already a lawsuit before
the Honorable Board number 6/2019 which case should
serve so that this Warrant remains in force once it is accepted
by the Honorable Board.
That the applicant will be prejudiced if the respondent is
not inhibited as stated.
Therefore, the applicant humbly asks this Honourable
Court to order the issue of the warrant of prohibitory
injunction to withhold the respondent from continuing
to make the above matters and from disposing from her
property described above.
