1. Annunciator
Function that only reading data is possible at DOC PCB. But for the writing and reading can
be done at DES PCB.
1.1. Description of ANN screen
a. Initial screen of annunciator
Initial screen: When the main power turn on, LCD display will show as below.

b. Row 1: Operation mode, present floor, load weight and speed of elevator.
a) ACD=27(Column1~ 6): Operation Code( ex: 27*Auto operation, 4*Maintenance
Operation, ...) ※ Refer to the MODE Description
b) 01FL (Column 8 ~11): Present floor
c) 00% (Column 13 ~ 16): On stop, present load weight (%) of the elevator.
c. Row 2: When an error occurs, it shows the trouble code of the top-level error, condition of
the operation, output of main signal and direction of elevator.
a) E000 (Column 2 ~ 4): Trouble code of high level error. (TCD No. 1 ~ 255)

a) Enter 'FFFF' to clear the floor height measuring operation mode.

b) Row 2 "FL=" Emergency stop occurred floor, "DATA=" The reason of the emergency stop,
it is related to TCD 164.
c) Row 3 "DATE=" Data of emergency stop occurred time. (Occur on July. 10th 16:15 at 5th
floor by safety circuit off)
d) 0' key for displaying the next data and before data is displayed by '8' key.
e) To clear all data has been stored, input 'CCCC' and auto-reset the mode.
f) 'FFFF' is reset this mode without data clear
e) Address decrement
To read the data of the address that is lower than 2 address, enter '8'.
f) Address input conversion
To read another address when reading data, enter 'BBB'.

**Note**
ⓐ As SPEC data uses only the lower 8BIT of 16BIT, always use even number only.
ⓑ If an odd number is entered by mistake, it is considered as the appropriate even number.
** Note**
In case ‘W enable’ is displayed on 4th row, check if SW2 is at write position. And key in ‘AAE’
again

a) To search all errors in their occurring sequence, enter '0'.

c. Check point
a) Dip S/W setting condition of Floor ID on DHG PCB. (HEX value)
b) DC 24V check between HA connector 3 and 4.
c) Check if light on of B/T lamp till 2~3sec after press the B/T under HA is connected
correctly.
d) Check if IND Digital, Direction lamp and additional lamp (Inspect, Full) are in due order
flickering.
e) Separates the HA connector from DHG PCB, when above 2,4 items are normal condition.
f) Repeats above ‘a ~ e’ items on each floors B/T.
g) Separates the HA connector from DHG PCB, when all indicators are turned off for
protection of PCB from electric shock.
h) To cancel A82E mode, input 'FFFF'.

b) Displays the floor character (B2~B1, 1 ~ 10, 20, 30...) in due order.
c) Lights on the E&I PANELI lamp (UP, DOWN, FULL, OUT OF SERVICE) in due order.
d) Repeats above ‘a ~ b’ items per 6 sec.
e) To cancel A83E mode, input 'FFFF'.
(b) If car moves out of DOOR ZONE, 'UP DRIVE' meaning up-running is displayed.

(c) If UP DRIVE is displayed, Press Up button in E&I panel
(d) Measure PRS characteristics passing by DOOR ZONE.
(e) After measuring finished, 'DN Drive' meaning reverse in car direction is displayed.

(f) If 'DN DRIVE' is displayed, Press Down button in E&I panel.
(g) Measure PRS characteristics passing by DOOR ZONE.
(h) If car is out of DOOR ZONE, 'STOP' message is displayed.

Then, re-perform measuring PRS test after releasing MODE(FFFF),
e) To release MODE, enter FFFF.

(a) 4 numbers at 3rd row are AD converter values that are inputted from each load sensor
through channel. In case one of POTENSIOMETER is applied, the left one is first input.
(b) The message ‘WD’ at 4th row is calculated data to real load
b. To release MODE, enter FFFF.
The message "CRT Reset" will be displayed at Row 4 after inputting A90E. Then it will
disappear after about 2.5 sec passed.
