Study Outline:

Primary Species (Mice, Rats and Zebrafish) are weighted at 80% of exam questions for species specific information requirements.
Secondary Species (Salmonids, Cats, Dogs, Gerbils, Guinea pigs, Hamsters, NHPs, Rabbits, Ferrets, Reptiles, Amphibians, Farm
Animals (cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, poultry), Avian (pigeons and doves, waterfowl, other avian species) are weighted at 20% of exam
questions for species specific information requirements.

1 to 8: These are species specific documents that all have relevant information on multiple subtopics in this core competency.
9: Antibody production
10: Infectious disease overview
11: and 12: Several core competency sub topics covered in this material
13: Overview of Zoonoses; Pathogens and Host species in Zoonoses; Transmission of Zoonoses
