Scope:
Shirazi II is specially designed for ECU hardware diagnosis and repair. It can facilitate the
procedures of diagnosis and repairing ECUs, reduce time and money required for doing this job.
Shirazi can be also used as auto teaching aids model-driven, automotive production, research and
development, ancillary repair ECU principal. Shirazi can send signals to ECU, then you can
determine which part _ ECU or sensor _ is defected and can check whether the problem is ECU or
actuator.
Description
1. Face Side leds and Indecations

When you turn RUN switch on, Shirazi lights RPM LED
intermittently and connect CKP and CMP sensors signals.
First RPM speed the LED will blink once, second RPM
speed the LED will blink twice, third RPM speed the LED
will blink three times and fourth RPM speed the LED will
blink four times. As shown in the image.

.
When you select to display positive injectors trigger
signal, Shirazi lights +INJ to notify you that you are
examining positive injectors trigger signal output from
ECU as shown in the image. This is depending on ECU
Type.

7
When you turn OBD switch on, Shirazi lights OBDII LED and connect battery voltage to the scanner tool to
connect to the ECU. As shown in the image.
Shirazi displays Ignition coils output signals from ECU up to 6 cylinders on LEDs as shown in the image.
Thus, you can confirm if the defect is inside the ECU or not. Our device can show the trigger signal whether
it is positive or negative.

Switch Usage
BATT used to connect battery voltage to the ECU
IGN used to connect ignition switch voltage to the ECU.
RUN used to connect CKP and CMP sensors signals to ECU.
OBD used to connect battery voltage to OBD connector

+VE Switches
+VE Switches: used to change between positive or negative trigger for Ignition Coils and Injectors
respectively.
A/C switch
A/C switch is used to switch A/C on and off. As shown in the image.
Sensors [Potentiometers]:
There are 5 sensors inputs to control the value of Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor ECT, Intake Air
Temperature Sensor IAT, Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor MAP, Pedal Position Sensor PPS and
Throttle Position Sensor TPS. As shown in the image.
A/C Pressure sensor signal is attached to the PPS Sensor signal and you can change its value changing the
POT of PPS
O2 Sensor signal in automatically generated and send via the Connection sockets as will be shown in the
Device pinout
