Some fat is going to stay in the liver and you’re going to increase the risk for insulin resistance and diabetes. 17. When we are eating a lot of sugar and other carbohydrates like bread and pasta, we are producing lots of glucose. 18. The more glucose in the blood, the more insulin is released. 19. There are these chronic diseases that are related to obesity and diabetes, heart disease, many cancer, gout, hypertension, high blood pressure and possibly alzheimer’s disease. 20. The brain and body run on glucose, if the level is unstable – brain and mental function is also unstable but if the glucose level is stable – it brings more clarity. 21. Your brain is really happy because it has enough sugar to keep it going. 22. In 2008, Coca-Cola claimed that Australia’s Northern Territory was their highest selling region per capita in the world. 23. Any sugar, brown, white, high fructose corn syrup, fruit juice concentrate has equal effect on your health. 24. 1.25 liter bottle of Mountain Dew contains 37 teaspoon of sugar and 40% more caffeine than the same size bottle of Coke. 25. Refined sugar and excess fructose give serious damage to the health and well-being of people.
