A dedicated T&P Cell , having team size of 8 staff members, works under the PCET's Central Training & Placement Cell.

TRAINING
Training of the students in the Technical Domain as well as for Campus Placement is done for improving number of placements.
A special Soft Skills Department is grooming the students for their overall development including language skills, communications skills, interview
skills, etiquettes and mannerism, group discussions, spoken english, etc.
Mock Interviews (Technical and HR both) are conducted for all the pre-final year students.
Practice GDs – Students are periodically given opportunities for practice group discussions. Customised Training is Organisad for the improvements.
