 PRIZES
Winners of each category will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize. 10
shortlisted contestants from each category will receive consolation
certificate and each participant submitting the entry will receive
certificate of participation. The Prizes will be distributed by the
District Office & E- Certificates will be distributed by the State Office.

Contestant will be judged by a panel of 3 jury members.

The decision of jury members is final.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Should be a resident of Odisha.

Youth associated with affiliated youth clubs are encouraged to
actively participate in the programme.
Last date of submission: 31st August 2020 (any submission
after 31st August 2020 will not be taken into consideration)
For Folk Song and Folk Dance,Elocution, Fit India Youth
category the length of the video should not exceed 3 minutes
or should not be less than 1 minute. It is advised to capture
the video with a good quality camera.
The theme of Elocution is “Aatmanirbhar Bharat“. The length of
the video should be withing Three (03) minutes.
Participant contesting in Essay writing and Painting/E-poster
competition can submit it as PDF File or Image file. Essay
should be handwritten in a white paper.
By participating in the event, you agree that the
VIDEO/CONTENT you shared is the copyright property of NYKS
Odisha and these can be used for documentation purpose and
for any promotional activity including social media.
Name, Full address with contact number should be given while
submitting entry. Please note, anonymous entries will not be
taken into consideration.
One participant can participate in maximum two categories.
 Any entry having inappropriate content will be disqualified. NYKS
Odisha will strive to keep its competition family friendly.
The content submitted should not be discriminatory against any
person, community or religion. It’s unlikely, but in case of
unavoidable circumstances NYKS Odisha has every right to
cancel/post
pone the programme on its own jurisdiction without prior
information to the participants.

MODE OF SUBMISSION
All entries should be submitted through google form link or
WhatsApp No (to be shared soon)
Participant can directly send their videos/ scan documents/
photographs as attachment or can share it through google form
link/WhatsApp.
Submission other than the above-mentioned medium will not
considered.
