Significant Relationships
The client lives with her family in one compound with her in-
laws. She is close to her family, relatives and her husband’s family. She has a
good relationship with her husband. She said, Maayos ang samahan namim
mg aking asawa, sa tagal na namin ay alam na naming ang ugali ng isa’t isa.
Kung may hindi man pagkakaintindihan ay naaayos naman naming
magsawa, pinaguusapan naming iyon ng maayos. She was very happy and
feels secured. According to the client, “Ang role ko sa ngayon eh yung
maging matapang harapin ang pagsubok ng buhay para sa pamilya ko.” He
doesn’t have any problems with her family. They handle their problems by
discussing it together and offering better solutions. They listen to one’s side
before giving their own opinion. She is dependent to her family because there
are things she can’t handle alone. Aside from her family she has friends in
their neighbours and in his work that she used to talk whenever she has
problems.
Analysis:
Interpretation:
The client has a good social relationship with his family, in-laws and
also with others like his neighbours, friends.

Interpretation:
The client’s environment is suitable for the whole family and they know
how to make sure that the environment is safe to live and well secured
against vectors or any diseases
5. Economic
The client said that their income is 20000php per month. They have
fish port in navotas and has rent house. The client verbalized that it was
enough for them but sometimes they experienced lacking because of some
circumstances. “Sapat naman samin un income, kasi lumalaki na ang anak
namin, nasa nursery na siya, kaya minsan nagkukulang na rin samen yun kita
dahil marami pang ibang pinagkakagastusan .” The hospital bills,
medications and laboratory tests were paid by her husband. They are helping
each other to pay for their hospital bills.
Analysis:
Though most need less money for clothing, entertainment and work
and although some own their homes outright, costs continue to rise, making
it difficult for some to manage. Food and medical costs alone are often a
financial burden.
Interpretation:
Not all the time their income is enough for their financial needs
because of their growing family.
C. Spiritual Pattern
Analysis:
Many cultures and beliefs are still practicing by many Filipinos. Filipinos
basically reflect the customs, traditions, and mores of a group, which may be
based on religious beliefs, opinions, old or popular practices. They also tell of
how a people view the unknown and the means to appease the gods that
control the future.

Interpretation:
The client don’t have problem in the religious and beliefs pattern
although sometimes they seldom go to church because of her work, still they
do pray.
Analysis:
Public support from peers and relatives at young age show relevance
to provide inculcation of values which are transmitted to individuals, thus,
practiced until adolescence to adulthood.

Interpretation:
The client has indepth value for respect and relationship with peers
and family members such as that she continues to be in good terms with her
relatives and friends as such.
