a. Be motivated- be motivated all the time to produce positive vibes inside the classroom.
b. Be prepared always, do not engage to your class if you are not prepare because it can lead to
negative impact.
c. Provide conducive environment to that they can easily and actively participate to your class
discussions. Do not allow negative aura destroy your environment. There more strategies to do
that all we need to do is to open our internet and serve. Read and apply it.
d. Give positive feedbacks to student’s answers so that they won’t feel afraid to raise their hands
to answer the questions. Always say very good, and good. Do not discourage them.
e. Encourage them- encourage them to do better because brighter future awaits them.

My Future Me

I’m Boyet Saranillo Fernandez from Tropical Purok 7 Tugbungan Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur
Philippines Region 9. I’ am 27 years old. I am really happy that I can share my thoughts and learning here
at your page. I am new in teaching, but I am trying to do my best to gain more learning and knowledge
on how to handle student’s diversity in learning and in behavior. Thank you for this opportunity that you
have given to us teacher. May the Lord God guide us always.

- My future me, I am going to allow myself to engage in all learning activities like seminars and
training and also counseling. I am going to participate whether it is barangays or municapals
activities in order to have more knowledge to how to touch the mind and heart of every student
I have, because teaching without preparation is like going to a battle field with battle materials. I
want my students to remember me as great motivator, mentor, teacher, adviser, and counselor.
I want them to remember the things that I taught to them. I want them to remember all the
lessons and values i have given to them. I want them to remember me as their second parent
that sometime I scold them but still I forgive them as long as they’ve promise me to become a
good person someday. It is not about feeding their minds but also feeding their hearts so that
they may be tell those lessons that I have told them to others. As I am teaching right now grade
7 music, arts, physical education and health it is really hard for me to adjust because I am a
graduate of bachelor in education secondary major in Filipino language then my school head
gave me grade 7 MAPEH. It is really challenging for me to teach this lesson. I also read and
search in the internet and done so many preparations because I want my students to learn
something from me. Being in that situation it molds me to become more flexible teacher that
whatever subjects throw to me I can handle it. That Is why I am telling my students to remove
themselves from 1 box. There are more opportunities that wait for them. All they want to do is
to discover them of what they really want to become someday. I want them to remember me
that their choice of life is not a mistake if they really work for it. I want them to share this story
 of mine on how I become teacher. On how I undergo struggles in life. Hard works and failures
are part of our life. If they fail I want them to remember my lessons about how sir Boyet fight
and accept the failures to become a better and successful person. If they lose hopes, I want
them to remember that there is God who gives them the strength to fight and continue.
Because according to the BIBLE, come to me those who are burden and worry and I will refresh
you. Talk to God and ask for wisdom to guide you because he is the key to your success. United
we stand, divided we fall. Try and try until you succeed. Be a good citizen of this generation
because the future is in the hand of our future generation. Lead them. Inspire them. Love them.
Guide them. Be with them. Walk with them.

1. Attending seminars and training- preparations for ourselves sometimes led us to successful life
in teaching.
2. Reading – find time to read articles to remove ignorance in what was happening to our society.
3. Learn how to use modern technology to improve you as 21 st century teachers.
4. Maximize your time in learning new things in order to have a meaningful life as teacher.
5. Find time to rest and enjoy life because it is really important also to rest and have a good time to
you. Be with your peers especially family and friends.
