Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
1. Independence: I feel that independence is my most important factor in
my motivation, since for many years my dream is to be totally
independent.

2. Challenge: I feel that it is an important motivator because it helps me

to propose goals, I live studying and working to achieve them.
3. Competitions: it is a motivated and important because it always
teaches me to strive to win.
4. Interests: I feel that it is an important motivator, because it helps me
identify what I want and what I would like to have.

5. Lifestyle: it is an important factor because since I was a child I

dreamed of having a different and own lifestyle
6. Recognition: it is important because for years I have worked and
studied and sought recognition that makes me feel important

7. Money: it is an interesting motivator I have been working for years to

save money and buy what I want
8. safety: it is an important motivator since 1995 I have been concerned
about safety in my life
9. Relationships: it is an important motivator for years I have been
concerned about having good relationships with my family and with
society
10.Variety: variety is an important factor because thanks to it I have the
opportunity to know or enjoy different alternatives or options
