State of Hawai'i, the Mortgagee under that certain Security

Contract and Note made by Constance C. Cotton and Travis B.

Cotton, as Mortgagor, which Security Contract and Note is

recorded in the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of Hawai'i as

Document No. 2000-145129, does hereby subordinate its

aforedescribed Mortgage to that certain Mortgage given by

Constance C. Cotton and Travis B. Cotton, husband and wife, as

Borrower, in favor of Bank of Hawaii, a Hawaii corporation, its

Successors and/or Assigns, as Lender, dated the ____ day of
