    SUBJECT: CONDUCT OF FIRST QUIZ

    DATE: AUGUST 27, 2020

    1. This is to inform all concerned students that on September 11, 2020


    (Friday) at 7:30 to 8:15 in the evening, the first quiz will be given.

    2. The quiz will test the students’ memory of the provisions of the Law on
    Partnership; hence, the quiz will be filling in the blanks.

    3. The quiz covers Article 1767 to Article 1831 of the Civil Code.

    4. The quiz is worth 100 points.

    5. It will be given either on canvas or google classroom with zoom. An


    advisory will be given later regarding the platform or application to be used.

    IMPORTANT: The quiz will also test the honesty of the students. Students are
    hereby forewarned that cheating on any of the quizzes or examinations given by
    the above-named instructor will disqualify the student from passing the subject.
    Furthermore, the student’s dishonesty will also affect succeeding subjects being
    handled by the instructor.
