JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF RETRACTION

We, LEON A. SAYUCOP, EDGARDO ADIAN, and MERVIN ADIAN, all of legal
age, Filipinos, and residents of Natubleng, Buguias, Benguet after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby dispose and state THAT:

1. We have signed a Certification dated August 4, 2020 for being the apparent
adjoining lot owner of the heirs of Mr. Badon Daclis relative to their application
of New Tax Declaration;

“Copy of the said Certification dated August 4, 2020 is hereby attached for
your perusal.”

2. Instead of going over the contents of the Certification before affixing our
signature, we just signed it since we don’t really understand even a simple
English but just to rely on the statements of the applicant who tendered to us
for signature;

3. After sometime, the real and true adjoining lot owner, Mr. Olivros Adian
Andizo, who is one of the heirs of Luminia A. Bigo, explained to us the
contents of the Certification. This time, we have now understand that we are
the wrong persons who signed the Certification since we are not the real and
true adjoining lot owners but the heirs of Luminia A. Bigo, instead;

4. However, on the part of Mr. Leon Sayucop, it is truly correct that he is the
adjoining lot owner at the Eastern part of the Lot but not at Western part as
stated in the Certification. The person Leon Sayucop and Leoni Sayucop as
stated in the Certification actually refer to one and the same person;

5. In view thereof, we are hereby retract our signatures on the Certification

dated August 4, 2020 to set the correctness on the official record to avoid
conflicts or disputes in the future. We beg the kind consideration of the Good
Municipal Assessor of Buguias, Benguet to reconsider this Affidavit;

6. Finally, we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve well.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hand this 11 th day of

September 2020 at La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines.
