At around 11:00AM of May 19, 2020, personnel of this

station led PSSg Jovito D Zamora, PCR PNCO of this
station conducted pulong-pulong and distribution of
Violent Extremism,The Truth About Islam Faith and RA
9165 IEC materials to our Muslim brother, Ahmad
Hidalgo of Hyacinth St.,Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City.
He was asked to help the PNP in its quest for peace

At around 2:00PM of May 20, 2020, personnel of this

station led PSSg Jovito D Zamora,PCR PNCO of this
station conducted pulong-pulong and distribution of
Violent Extremism and RA 9165 IEC materials to our
Muslim brother,Atif Nepocpan of
Prk.Laurel,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City who visited at
Dar Al-Dhikkr Islamic & Guidance
Center,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City. He was asked to
report to the authorities any incident that pose for a
concern.
 At around 11:00AM of May 15, 2020 personnel of Police Station 7,BCPO led by PCpl
Mitchelle Grace O Canlas, WCPD PNCO of this station conducted distribution of violent
extremism IEC materials to our Muslim sister Faiz of Brgy.Alijis,Bacolod City .This is in
compliance to the PNP’s directive maintain to establish rapport to our Muslim brothers and made
them a part of PNP’s aim for peace and security.

At around 11:00PM of May 9, 2020, personnel of

this station led PSSg Jovito D Zamora,PCR
PNCO of this station conducted pulong-pulong
and distribution of Violent Extremism and RA
9165 IEC materials to our Muslim sister ,Aisha of
Prk.Kasilingan,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod
City.She visited this station for queries on
General Community Quarantine(GCQ) pass in
relation to COVID-19.

3. PCVE & Counter Radicalization for the PNP Personnel.

At around 12:00PM of May 5,2020, PLT FLORENTINO M

ABALAYAN,OIC of Police Station 7,BCPO conducted
PICE to the personnel of this station. He took the
opportunity to disseminate the personnel on issues about
“violent extremism” and asked the personnel to respect
ones religious volition.
At around 8:00AM of May 13,2020, PLT FLORENTINO
M ABALAYAN,OIC of Police Station 7,BCPO
conducted PICE to the personnel of this station. He
discussed the issues involving our Muslim brothers
and further remind the personnel that one must
respect each other regardless their religious
affiliation.

At around 8:00AM of May 21,2020, PLT FLORENTINO M

ABALAYAN,OIC of Police Station 7,BCPO conducted
PICE to the personnel of this station. He reiterated that
one must respect other religion and to uphold the
rights of the underprivileged. He further discuss about
violent extremism brought about by false ideologies.

At around 8:00AM of May 12,2020, PLT FLORENTINO

M ABALAYAN,OIC of Police Station 7,BCPO
conducted PICE to the personnel of this station. He
asked the personnel to respect Human Rights
especially on religious freedom.

Zamora,PCR PNCO provided police presence at Dar Al-Dhikkr Islamic Call &
Guidance Center,Concordia St.,Bacolod City in preparation of the Holy Month of
Ramdhan.
