• Check engine oil lev el • Check hy draulic sy stem oil lev el
• Check engine coolant lev el • Lubricate hy draulic coupler—if equipped
Initial Service—50 Hours1
• Inspect and re-torque track hardware
Every 50 Hours or Weekly
• Drain water and sediment f rom f uel tank sump • Drain water separator f ilter
Every 100 Hours
• Lubricate working tool piv ots
Initial Service—250 Hours2
• Drain and ref ill engine break-in oil and replace f ilter
Every 250 Hours
• Check and adjust air conditioner belt • Check trav el gear case oil lev el
• Check swing gear case oil lev el • Clean prmiary air cleaner element
• Drain hy draulic tank sump • Inspect and re-torque track hardware
• Check pump driv e gear case oil lev el • Take engine oil sample
• Check battery electroly te lev el and terminals
Every 500 Hours
• Lubricate f ront end pin joints • Check air intake hoses
• Lubricate swing bearing • Take hy draulic oil sample
• Lubricate swing bearing gear • Take trav el gear case oil sample
• Replace water separator f ilter • Take engine coolant sample
• Replace f inal f uel f ilter • Take diesel f uel sample
• Replace auxiliary f uel f ilter and water separator—if equipped • Take swing gear case oil sample
• Drain and ref ill engine oil and replace f ilter • Take pump driv e gear case oil sample
• Clean cab f resh air and cab recirculation air f ilters (replace ev ery 6 cleanings)
Every 1000 Hours
• Drain and ref ill swing gear case oil • Drain and ref ill pump driv e gear case oil
• Replace hy draulic oil tank oil f ilter • Replace air cleaner elements
• Clean engine crankcase v ent tube • Replace air cleaner dust unloader v alv e
• Replace pilot control oil f ilter • Check coolant
• Inspect serpentine belt
Every 2000 Hours
• Check and adjust engine v alv e lash • Drain and ref ill trav el gear case oil
