On dated 25-09-2010 Chief Examination of Dr. V.V.Raghava Reddy.

Madhu Thimma Reddy, S/o. Balamaddileti Reddy , Mayalur Village. He is

admitted on 06-07-2009 with following Injuries. On 08-07-2009 Surgery on
conducted he had Major Injuries Compound Community fracture, Right
Femur with fracture fatally. Wound detrainment internal fixation fracture
with skin grafting with operation. Discharged on 26-07-2009. EX.A4
33,000/- already marked issued by medical bill.
EX.A4 is already amount is patient paid amount of Rs.33,000/-
EX.X1 is the case sheet of the Patient.
As per the X-ray there is no disability about 20% Disability which is
permanent disability. The rods and screws are inserted at the time of
surgery by another Surgery. The cost about Rs.20,000/-. EX.X2 is the X-Ray
of the Patient dt.18-092010.
CROSS EXAMINATION FOR R2:

It is not true to say that EX.X1 Case sheet id prepared newly for the
purpose of this case. It is true in the case sheet all the entries made it only
one pen ink. It is true in the case sheet I did not mentioned the age of the
old and history of the case. The wounds may be aged about 5 days prior to
my examination after admission. Except surgery doctor fee of rupees ,I
won’t mentioned other entries in any records. I am having implantation bill
if time give I will produce. It is true I am not having any record to show
that the patient took treatment as an inpatient for period of except the
Hospital case sheet bills. It is not true to say that EX.A4 is created for the
purpose to help the petitioner. It is not true to say that implants ought to be
removed in future and cost about Rs.20,000/- . It is incorrect to say the nails
will remove at Govt General Hospital and free of cost. It is not true to say
that I am deposing false that except myself the nails cannot be removed by
any other doctor. It is true a separate medical board is constituted for
issuing of disability certificate. But I am not a member of the said board. I
assessed the disability only basing on the factional disability. I am not
having any record to say that the patient appeared before me for the
complaint which he has from the date of discharge to till 18-09-2010. It is
not true to say that the petitioner is not at all suffering 20% of permanent
disability and I am deposing false to help the petitioner. It is true as per the
EX.X2 all the fractures are reunited.

After due execution warrant I am returning the warrant with this report.

1]. In pursuance of warrant of commission issued to me in the above MVOP, I

meat Dr.V.V.Raghava Reddy,Consulting Surgeon,Sri Harsha Ortho
Hospital,Opp. ING.Vysya Bank,Srinivasa Nagar, Nandyal Town,
Kurnool District on 25-09-2010 to execute the commission after giving the due
notice to the petitioner and to the respondents. The petitioner and the respondents
were present at the time of cross examination of the doctor.
2].I have been directed to examination of the doctor [mentioned in the notice]
and to record evidence.

3].In pursuance of the said order, I went to the Nandyal and examined the doctor
and the chief and Cross examination was done in the presence of the petitioners
counsel and respondents counsel. The Examination in chief and cross of doctor
and Case sheet , X-Ray reports are here with filed.

After due execution warrant I am returning the warrant with this report.
