Credit Controller
the main role of a credit controller is to check the credit ratings of a company's
customers and evaluate whether they should be offered credit. The credit
controller sets up the terms and conditions of the loan and makes sure
customers pay on time. If payment is not made, the controller is responsible
for starting legal proceedings against the individual or company.
- You will be tasked to achieve cost savings and identify deviations from
project plan by managing all cost control/reporting systems and procedures
such as vessels͛ capex/conversion costs, revenues, forecast purchases of
material, equipment and services, ensure that changes in cost and schedule
impact of all changes are captured and re-billed to client/vendor. This includes
:

Cashier
Cashiers serve on the front line of the customer service field in a variety of
industries. Whenever he visits a store, a customer's first and last customer service
interaction will probably happen with a cashier. Additionally, the cashier is more
directly responsible for the proper handling of the company's money than any
other employee. That makes cashiers the backbone of both customer service and
cash flow, and makes the job of managing those front-line employees both
challenging and vitally important to a company's success°

Store Supervisors
Store Supervisors are responsible in assisting other store crew with their task and
assuring that they are performing their job well. They also supervise the flow of
service in the store and act as the acting officer if the presence of the Manger is
not available.
Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares
items for shipment: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or
measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against
bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.

1.c Rooms Division: In a statistics conducted by the U.S. Lodging Industry in 1995,
it has been shown that the majority of hotels revenues (60.2 %) are generated
from Rooms Division Department under the form of room sales. This very
department provides the services guests expect during their stay in the Hotel.
Lastly, the Rooms Division Department is typically composed of five different
departments:

staff size, volume business, hotel size, expected group arrivals is low enough, the

of the activities that are undertaken in the Accounting Division are listed below:

A hotel night manager job is multi-faceted, to work in conjunction with the Hotel
management team in all aspects of managing the night time operation of the

Front Office, Rooms, Reception and F & B and to ensure superior service and
product quality is maintained.

A front desk attendant performs clerical duties and greets customers for a
company. Front desk attendants work in nearly every type of industry and handle
multiple tasks. Besides greeting customers or clients who enter an establishment,
front desk attendants answer phones, take messages, forward mail, respond to
email and fax documents.
The primary goal of a guest relations manager is to make guests feel welcome and
ensure their satisfaction. Guest relations managers may be employed in a variety
of setting such as in upscale hotels, on cruise ships or for large chain stores or
restaurants. Regardless of their employment setting, a guest relations manager
needs to work well with people, be able to handle stressful situations and
maintain a positive attitude
Reservation supervisor
A reservations supervisor oversees hotel or motel staff that reserves rooms for
guests. He ensures their adherence to policies and procedures and monitors their
customer service skills to maintain quality standards. If issues arise regarding
reservations or room conditions that staff cannot resolve, he intervenes to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Chief concierge
Concierges are hotel employees who help guests with their needs and plans. They
must be personable and professional when dealing with guests, and versatile in
their abilities to handle office work and guest requests.

A bellman is employed in a hotel to assist guests with their luggage and to show
guests to their room. Also referred to as bellhops, bellmen must ensure that
guests have a pleasant stay. State University notes that although a bellman͛s
duties are similar to porters, bellmen are usually found working inside the hotel
as opposed to outside, where porters usually work.
Bell captain
A bell captain is a manager level service professional found within the hospitality
industry, primarily at hotels and resorts. Overseeing all of the bellhops that are
employed by an establishment, he coordinates their work schedules, manages
their performance, and implements best practices. Within certain environments,
his duties may overlap with those of the concierge.
Valet manager
Valet parking is a service offered by hotels and restaurants where valet drivers move vehicles
for customers to a parking garage. Some accommodations charge a fee for valet parking, while
other accommodations provide valet parking for free. By implementing valet parking,
customers are also spared the wait time when parking and can instead immediately enter the
hotel or restaurant. Even when valet parking is not necessary, many establishments offer it
anyway because valet parking is often considered a sign of luxury. Overseeing the valet parking
operation is a valet manager.
