This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a

single entity) and Hundred Miles Software ("Mitchell S. Honnert"). This Agreement
does NOT govern any later release or update of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("UltraID3Lib:
MP3 ID3 Tag Editor").

All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited
to any images, documentation, media, online documentation, text, and any copies of
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned solely by Hundred Miles Software. As a licensee, you
own the media on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is recorded, but Hundred Miles Software
retains title and ownership to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT recorded on the media and all
copyright and other intellectual property rights therein. This license is not a
sale of the software or any copy. Except as may be required under applicable law,
you agree not to alter, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, in whole or in part, whether for error correction or otherwise. The
SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty
provisions.

You agree not to alter, remove or obscure any copyright notices or other
proprietary notices on and in the software.

NO WARRANTIES. Hundred Miles Software EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY for the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided
"as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without
limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall Hundred Miles Software or its suppliers
be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or
any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF HUNDRED MILES SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS
