Staying physically fit isn’t just good for your health.it’s also a good way to
beef up your brain. Greater aerobic fitness is associated with more fibrous and
compact white matter, a type of a nerve tissue connected to learning and brain
function. White matter fibers can lead to improved cognitive performance.

DEVELOPMENT is the study of important implications for educational and public
health policies ,as a sedentary behaviours and inactivity rise and physical activity
opportunities are reduced or eliminated during the school day.

These findings will reinforce the importance of the aerobic fitness during
development and lead to additional physical activity opportunities in and out of the
school environment. Engaging in recommended amount of daily physical activities
shown improved fitness can boost students memory and learning. This study shows
the connection between physical fitness and brain structure.

V. Insights

This study helps the children to engage in many physical activities where
they will be physically and mentaly fit, that can help to their everydays life.

This study make many children think to join in many physical activities. It
helps to develop or improve you cognition. It also helps not only good for one’s
physical health buy one’s cognition and brain health.
