Advocacy: FREE EDUCATION FOR THOSE STREET CHILDREN FROM PRIMARY TO TERTIARY LEVEL

If we will going to widen our mind and insights, we can discover and realize that our world
are carrying a lot of different issues and problems that can affect not only in a human's life but also
for all life living in our earth. If I will be given the chance to reach out my own advocacy I will voice
out and stand firm for the "Free Education for those Street Children from Primary to Tertiary level"
I know that we are all immune to the saying of "Kabataan Ang Pag-asa Ng Bayan" but how can we
have this if there's a lot of children who are wealthy on dreams but poor on the opportunities to get
in school? I know that we are all aware that many of children or youth who has a good and better
life but still ignoring and wasting the great opportunity to avail a better life in the future while
others are sacrificing their blood and sweat just to gain a fig of money just to buy foods. Even how
they dreamt to go to school just like other children but they can't, because they are helpless!
Anywhere in this world we can see a lot of street children scattered everywhere. So in that case, did
it enters in our mind that if these children will be given the chance to have access on education, and
help them to enhance their talents and skills, what our world will be? That's why the purpose of my
advocacy is to give children a chance to make and build their own great future. Because we don't
know, some of them are holding the key for our better world.

This advocacy will be great if we will conduct or implement a program to all communities in
order for the people to deeply understand the purpose of your advocacy. A program to be named as
"Advancing the right of street children/youth to education" , "Valuing a Child's dream" , and
"Helping a child's hand to to create his dream" and I believe that it will be helpful in doing our
advocacy. But we can't still achieve it without the help of our school. Because the school are the one
who advocates the students to listen and learn. Because it is their way to find out and bring out the
talents, interests and needs of a student. The primary function of a school is to socialize the
children, it means that in the society of their peers, children will learned acceptable behavior,
reciprocal relationships and they will also learn the norms of the society and create appropriate
conflict resolution. It is in the school also to mold the student and strengthen their capabilities. It is
also in the teacher's duty to feed learning's and awareness to the students that they can use as their
armor in conquering all the hindrances towards their success. That's why our school is one of the
important key to achieve our dreams. We should always remember that education is very
important because it is our only passport to our better future.
