 Patience: In some cases, I must to have some patience, because sometimes, my

mates have a temperament so hard, for this, I must to keep de calm for no generate

crashes between we.

 Empathy: Sometimes, the mates aren´t have motivation for work because they have

some problems in their homes, I have to understand.

 Trust: The trust is very important in the job because this generate a productive team

work.

 Listening: I have to listen to my mates, they can to have information that I don´t

know; this help me because I don´t have the enough knowledge for process the job.

 Honesty: It´s so good that we be honest, so, when we make some mistake, is very

 Dispersion: I easily disperse, when I talk with some mate, i forget the things that

make in the job.

 Social Assistant: In the job where I work, there are the position Social Assistant,

this post it´s related with the career that I’m studying. For this reason, I like this job,

because I would can practice my knowledge acquired during the career.
