I regard my self as a very quick learner and have my grasps into things. In my spare time, I like to read biography books of
famous and succesful people and watch movies. My favorite movies are the original Star Wars trilogy, Wall Street, and the
Pirates of the Valley. Before I do anything, I like to do research to help me make better decisions. One time, I researched the
current PC industry for three whole weeks before building a new computer.

WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IN A JOB? HOW WOULD
YOU KNOW THAT DANAREKSA COULD PROVIDE YOU WITH THAT?
The most important thing that I look for, whether in a job or in life, is an opportunity to learn. I see Danareksa as an intitution that
would provide the best learning experience for me to challange my self. With more than IDR 400 billion in revenue in 2010,
Danareksa is one of the biggest financial service companies in Indonesia, and it would be a dream come true to be awarded an
opportunity to learn from the likes of John Item, Henry Surya, and others.

WHAT ARE YOUR LONG TERM CAREER EXPECTATIONS? HOW DOES THIS POSITION FIT IN
WITH THOSE PLANS?
I see my self as one of the most succesful mutual fund manager in five to ten years in the future. This position would ideally
be the best stepping stone for me to achieve my goal.

WHAT DO YOU PICTURE YOURSELF A YEAR FROM NOW IN DANAREKSA ?

By this time next year I would be preparing for my final presentation of the MT program. After that, I would love to have the
chance to work in asset management, building my career and finally be ready to accept the real challanges of the financial market.

skills, since my time as the President of Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia Aachen (PPI Aachen), to my latest venture in the
entertainment business, I have learned to led teams of people in achieving our goals.
