Jolly phonics – unit 3, step 3 the soft g ‘gi, gy, ge’
Snack time/Sharing – oral language sharing rotation. Describing weather cards
Writing sequence – Read ‘The Very Cranky Bear’ by Nick Bland. Identify and
discuss story sequence. Distribute pictures/writing books. Student to sequence
pictures and write a sentence for each. See Harry, Hardin, Lucy, Layyah for
additional scaffolding. Provide verbal/written feedback to all students.

to photograph patterns in the yard with iPad.

Group discussion of their favourite photo take.
