ACTIVITY 3:

Cite five (5) examples of how professionalism is happening in real life. (based on your
own experience)

-First is when i witness a elder woman demanding continously for water and the waiter said
“yes” and repeated several times and the manager get on the way and calmly speak to the elder
and whisper and the elder woman stops, this shows the patience and behavior of a
professionalism.

-Giving a smile for entering and getting out of a convenience store is a act of professionalism.

-I witness when someone is shouting for delay of her order, and calmly the security and manager
talk to her even tho she’s stating bad words and gesture to the staff. They give their best and
patience to act as a professional in their field.

-When they are talking responsively to your questions and doing their jobs great, also I also
notice that professionalism is not only about the profession but the manners.

-Also i also witness professionalism is when they are taking their job seriously and doing their
responsibilities.

ACTIVITY 4:

Develop your professional development plan in the short term (within the next year) and
long-term (within the next five years) that can help you methodically think about your
professional growth. You can use different formats to create a PDP. It can be a simple typed
document, or you could create a structured table with rows and columns or even illustrations.

Short PDP

 My goal is to be a known rapper or musician

 I’ll keep on writing good and meaningful music
 I need to upload or do a full song, thrice a month.
 The pros are a lot people may be able to hear and share this when time goes by but cons
is many people have an attitude of being envy.
 I’ll keep myself for everyday for being empty-handed for gaining more knowledge and
keeping in mind the tips and listen to different songs to make my vocabulary wide.
 I’ll let my friends help me whom is in the mainstream and record label.
 I’ll measure this and make this happen for less or more than a year.
 Long PDP

 My goal is to be a known rapper or musician and successful business man and owner of a
restaurant.
 I’ll keep on writing good and meaningful music, I’ll keep myself gaining knowledge of
how a business circulates and knowledge about culinary.
 I need to upload or do a full song with emotions and aggresive lyrics and this could be the
music playing inside my restaurant.
 The pros are a lot people may be able to hear and share this when time goes by but cons
is many people have an attitude of being envy.
 I’ll keep myself for everyday for being empty-handed for gaining more knowledge and
keeping in mind the tips and listen to different songs to make my vocabulary wide and
being humble.
 I’ll let my friends help me whom is in the mainstream and record label and i’ll keep my
restaturant appereaing in ADS and promote to some of well known youtube influencer.
 I’ll make this happen no matter what happen, and have a great life in italy.
