National Honour Act, 1971 with Advisory regarding complete and clear display of the State

It is further submitted that:

1. Strict action on MINHA/E/2016/06371

2. Book all offenders with promoters under laws of the land
3. Shut down unlawful establishments, recalling recognitions with grant in aid
4. Section 103 to 105 of Trade Mark Act, 1999 needs immediate attention being cognizable
offense, in legal terms as per section 115.
