LAW & POVERTY PROJECT TITLES

Guidelines for the Project:

1. The students are expected to thoroughly study the topic and undertake work
themselves and make the suitable and effective title.
2. It is to be noted that the contents are more important than form.
3. The project submitted must show output, which indicates intensive, serious and
focused research.
4. Relevant case laws should be suitably discussed.
5. Where required, compare with laws of other countries or other legal regimes. This
should be done to examine the advantages of legislative efforts and inadequacies, if
any.
6. The project must conclude with its own findings, conclusions or recommendations.
7. Quote authority or attribute sources where applicable.
8. Text to be prepared in third person.
9. The projects must be submitted (soft copy) on or before 14th February, 2020
