The candidates are advised to verify the date(s) of downloading of Question Papers and Uploading of Answer
sheets from the Admission Ticket from the Date-sheets published by the School of Open Learning, University
of Delhi is available on the website https://sol.du.ac.in.

2. एसओएल की वेबसाइट (https://sol.du.ac) पर ू ल ऑफ ओपन लिनग, िद ी िव िव ालय ारा जारी ितिथ-प / अिधसूचना
वेश िटकट म छपी िकसी भी िवसंगित के मामले म अंितम होगा।
Incase of any discrepancy in the date and time printed in the Admission Ticket, the date-sheet/notification
issued by the School of Open Learning, University of Delhi on the SOL website (https://sol.du.ac.in) will be
final.

3. परी ाथ को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे वेश िटकट म उ खत सभी िनदशों को वेश िटकट की ा के तुरंत बाद ान से पढ़
Candidates are advised to read carefully all the instructions mentioned in the Admission Ticket immediately on
receipt of the Admission Ticket.

4. वेश िटकट के संबंध म िकसी भी िवसंगित / सम ा के मामले म, िव ाथ ईमेल ारा grievanceexam2020@sol-du.ac.in

के मा म से संपक कर सकते ह। इस संबंध म ू ल ऑफ ओपन लिनग / िद ी िव िव ालय का िनणय अंितम होगा।
In case of any discrepancy/problem regarding Admission Ticket, students may contact the authorities through
the email grievanceexam2020@sol-du.ac.in.The decision of the School of Open Learning/University of Delhi in
this regard shall be final.

5. असाइनमट आधा रत मू ां कन I और II सेमे र के िव ािथयों के िलए है (िज ोंने वष 2019 म वेश िलया है ), सभी िव ाथ
असाइनमट आधा रत मू ां कन के अनुसार परी ा दगेl माननीय उ ायालय के िनदशानुसार I सेमे रऔर II सेमे र परी ाओं
को एक साथ आयोिजत िकया जा रहा है । थम वष मे पास ए िव ाथ जो दू सरे वष मे है उनकी परी ा भी असाइनमट आधा रत
मू ां कन के आधार पर ही होगीl
The Assignment Based Evaluation is meant for the students of I and II semester of School of Open Learning,
University of Delhi who have taken admission in the year-2019.As per the directions of the Hon’ble Delhi High
Court, the I semester examinations are being conducted along with II Semester examinations. This will also
apply to students of all UG Courses promoted from 1st year to 2nd year.

6. िद ी िव िव ालय के िनदश के अनुसार, यह कोिवद -19 महामारी के कारण एसओएल िव ािथयों के िलए शै िणक स 2019-
2020 के िलए केवल एक बार के िलए ावधान है ।
As per directions of the University of Delhi, this is a one- time measure for academic session 2019-2020only
for SOL students in view of theCovid-19Pandemic.

7. ि तीय वष के िव ािथयों की थम वष के पुनः: परी ा (ER- Essential Repeat), सुधर परी ा (Improvement) यिद हो तो उसे
आगामी वष म िलया जायेगा
1 Year E.R. (Essential Repeat), Improvement paper of 2nd year students will be carry forwarded to next year.

8. िव ािथयों को ेक िवषय / पेपर के असाइनमट आधा रत मू ां कन के िलए िक ीं दो ों के उ र िलखने होंगे। सभी ो के

बराबर अंक होंगे िव ािथयों को ेक िवषय / पेपर के िलए अलग-अलग उ र पु का का उपयोग करना होगा।
The students have to write answers to any two questions for Assignment Based Evaluation of each
Subject/Paper. All questions will carry equal marks. Students have to use separate Answers sheet for each
subject/paper.

9. असाइनमट आधा रत मू ां कन के िलए प एसओएल की वेबसाइट (https://sol.du.ac.in) पर उपल है , संबंिधत िव ाथ
को डै शबोड से लॉिगन करके अपने प डाउनलोड करने होंगे
The Question Papers for Assignment Based Evaluation will be downloaded from the dashboard of the
respective student available on the SOL website (https://sol.du.ac.in) by login with his/her credentials.

10. सभी उ र A-4 आकार की पेपर शीट पर िलखे जाने चाइए और अिधमानतः इसे A-4 आकार की शीट के एक तरफ िलखा जाना
चाइए तािक वे आसानी से ै न और वेबसाइट पर अपलोड िकये जा सक।
The Answers may be written on A-4 size paper sheets and preferably on one side of A4 size sheet to enable
them to easily scan and upload on the website.

11. िव ाथ उ र िलखने के िलए िसफ काले या नीले पेन का ही उपयोग करग

The Answers will be written by students using blue or black pen.

12. िव ाथ उ र पु का के ऊपर अपना एस ओ एल रोल नंबर, परी ा रोल नंबर, िवषय और पेपर कोड िलखगे। उ र पु काओं
के ेक पृ पर यह सब िलखा होना चािहए! उ रपु का (पेज के नीचे) ेक पृ पर िव ाथ को ह ा र करना होगा।
Students will write their SOL Roll No., Examination Roll No. , Subject and Paper Code on the top of the
Answer Sheet. The numbering should be done on each page of Answer sheets., Students will have to sign on
every page of Answer sheet (at the bottom).

उ र पु काओं का अपलोड करना Uploading of Answer Sheets

13. उ र पु काओं ( ै न की ई पीडीएफफाइल) को अपलोड करने का काय िव ािथयों ारा अंितम ितिथ (शाम 6.00 बजे) से
पहले िकया जाएगा। यह एस ओ एल वेबसाइट (https://sol.du.ac.in) पर उपल िव ािथयों के उसी डै श बोड पर िकया जाएगा,
जहाँ से िव ािथयों ने प डाउनलोड िकया था। िव ािथयों को िकसी िवशेष िवषय / पेपर की उ र पु काओं को एक पीडीएफ
फाइल म ै न करना होगा और उसी डै श बोड म उ खत उसी पेपर के अंतगत अपलोड करना होगाl िद ां ग (पीड ूडी) ेणी
के िव ािथयों ko, उनके ै न िकए गए उ र प ko अपलोड करने के िलए तीन िदन अिधक िदए जाएं गे।
The uploading of Answers sheets (scanned pdf file) will be done by the students before the last date (up to
6.00 p.m.). It will be done on the same dashboard of the students available on the SOL website
(https://sol.du.ac.in). Students have to scan the Answer sheets of a particular subject/paper in one PDF File
and the same should be uploaded against the same paper mentioned in the dashboard. However, for Divyang
(PWD) category candidates, three days more will be given to upload their scanned Answer Sheets.

14. एस ओ एल के तीन अ यन क मश: एसओएल (नॉथकपस), साउथ डी सटर (मोती बाग) और केशवपुरम म ओपन
लिनग का कपस केवल िद ां ग (पीड ूडी) ेणी के िव ािथयों के िलए आईसीटी इ ा र सुिवधा के साथ उपल होंगे
िव ािथयों को social distancing तथा अ स ंिधत िनयमो का पालन करना होगाl
Three Study Centres of SOL i.e. SOL (North Campus), South Study Centre at Moti Bagh and Campus of Open
Learning at Keshav Puram will be available with ICT infrastructure facility only for the students of Divyang
(PWD) category as per request received from the students without compromising with the norms of social
distancing safety and health of the students.

15. िव ािथयों को वेश प के तथा वेश के समय चुने गए िवक ों के अनुसार ही अपने उ रप (पीडीएफ ा पफ़ाइल) को
अपलोड करगे।
The candidates will upload their Answer Sheets (pdf format file) according to Admission Ticket and as per
options chosen by them at the time of admission.

16. ू ल ऑफ ओपन लिनग और िद ी िव िव ालय ारा समय-समय पर जारी िकए गए असाइनमट आधा रत मू ां कन से
संबंिधत िविभ अिधसूचनाओं म उ खत सभी अ िनदशों का िव ािथयों ारा स ी से पालन िकया जाएगा।
All other instructions mentioned in various Notifications related to Assignment Based Evaluation issued by the
School of Open Learning and the University of Delhi from time to time shall be strictly followed by the students.
