Chasis No. : MNBLMFF80FW29555 Engine No. : P4AT1200183

hereby transfer all my rights, title and interest in the said vehicle to you for the sum of RINGGIT
MALAYSIA FORTY FIVE THOUSAND (RM45,000) which amount is to be treated as full payment for
the said vehicle.

I will make good to you any damage that you may sustain through any defect or dispute in my title
and I further undertake to refund all monies and any subsequent expenses incurred there on in case of any
cancellation of license by the Register and Inspector of Motor Vehicles of the said vehicle.
