COURSE SYLLABUS
COURSE CODE:
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
A review of the general principles of Criminal Law, felonies, and offenses, including
circumstances affecting criminal liability, persons criminally liable for felonies,
penalties, and the definitions of various felonies defined in Book II of the Revised Penal
Code and other special penal laws.
(A) Know and understand the laws; (B) Memorize provisions; (C) Develop: (i)
critical and analytical thinking; (ii) proficiency in written and oral
communication; and (iii) logical reasoning and sound judgment; and (D)
Exercise proper professional and ethical responsibilities
Upon completion of the Course Title course, the student is expected to be able to:
