Sir,
With due respect it is stated that “Smile Pakistan” is a Non-Profit and Non-Govenment
organization working among the Youth of Pakistan to bring substantive transformation and
reshape the country by preparing patriotic leadership in the country. Smile Pakistan believes
that the students studying in the educational institutes are the actual assets and future
leadership of Pakistan so we aim at developing the positive mindset and constructive attitude
and behavior among the future leadership. It provides guidance to the youth and make them
realize their potential role in the society in an efficient manner. It unlocks their talents and
strengthens their skills and beliefs that they can do something useful for nation.
Smile Pakistan in accordance with our theme and aim has completed a number of projects
in 2018. These projects include a number of discussion circles, Talent Award Shows,
Motivational Sessions in different institutes, Seminar regarding social issues etc.
Now Smile Pakistan organizes its mega event after a successful event in Faisalabad here in
Islamabad names “Social Media Conclave “. Event comprises of Different sessions which
includes:
1- Youth, Social Media and Hybrid Warfare
2- Entrepreneurship, Use of Digital PR and Social Media
3- Women Empowerment
4- Social Impact Awards
Our Expected Guests are Ministers, Government Officials, Media Personals, Scholars, Academia
Persons and Social Activists.
In short, we bring Student with every interest, background and institute including schools, colleges and
universities on a single platform to showcase their hidden abilities and talents in front of the audience
and get themselves encouraged and awarded. In the last 2 years, we had around 5 thousand audience in
each event and around 500 participants of the event and more than 600 students, were awarded on the
base of educational excellence. Now we can summarize its contribution and productivities towards the
society as following:

 Youth of different interests are brought on a single platform to interact with each other.
 Every Youth is allowed to showcase his hidden abilities and present his talent.
 Students with shinning educational performance are awarded and encouraged in front of the
whole crowd.
 Students from schools and colleges interacts with universities students and get to know about
different fields in project exhibition session.
 Motivational lectures in the closing ceremony are a unique experience for college and school
students and they get to know about different aspects of life.
 All these activities are positive activities which drags their attention from all the negative
activities our student are indulged in these days.

Sir, this year we have decided the tentative Social Media Conclave to be held on 27th April 2019 in
Aiwan-e- Quaid Auditorium. So we request you to allow us to conduct the event in Aiwan-e-Quaid
Auditorium with timing 10:30 AM to 03:00 PM.

Since we are having a lot of problems regarding finances especially in the arrangement of awards for
Social Impact so we request you to sponsor us the auditorium for the event. This would be a great help
ad contribution in our cause and mission.
