2) Excavation work is going on more than 1mtr in each cycle which is not as per the
approved drawing.
Quality & Technical 1) CJV is continuously doing the excavation without following the excavation
Issues sequences (heading and benching) given in MS and drawings. Formal CSR
and NCR have also raised - NATM Marol Naka.
2) The CJV is not providing the nailing in the wiremesh properly due to which
gaps can be observed between the wiremesh and the surface behind it.
3) The CJV is not removing the water at the corners of the lattice girder before
installing them.
4) The CJV is not installing thickness pin at every location.
5) Some of the Lattice Girders that are installed are damaged.
Environmental 1) Proper ventilation arrangement should be provided for dust control during dry
Issues shotcreting.
NCR / Observations 1) GCC-UGC07-LET-001699-A00: Waviness in primary support(shotcrete) where
Lattice girder installed.
2) GCC-UGC07-LET-001379-A00: Improper/incomplete primary support at Marol
Naka Box-A NATM work area.
3) GCC-UGC07-LET-001392-A00: Non -Adherence of Approved drawing and Poor
quality of work at Marol Naka NATM.
