Scope of Work
THIRD PARTY INSPECTION (TPI)

INSPECTION SERVICES
HSB will to verify compliance in accordance with Standard/Section/Addenda.> HSB will provide a
Source Inspection Report identifying the equipment inspected and results of inspection activities.

For the design verification and/or inspection services described above, HSB will make reviews and
inspections as it deems necessary to meet its obligations under the applicable codes, standards or
regulatory body requirements. HSB Personnel providing such Services will be qualified under the
relevant codes, standards, or regulations to which such Services are performed. HSB Personnel will
sign the appropriate forms or documents required by the applicable code, standard or regulatory body
and may provide reports to the Client documenting the results of such Services. HSB’s signature on
such documentation or reports does not imply assumption by HSB of any of the responsibilities of the
Client. For all such Services, it shall be the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the product is
acceptable to the user, his agent or licensing agency at the site of installation.

increase on an annual basis as described in our Service Contract.

The hours and expenses provided herein are estimates only. You will be charged for the actual time
and expenses required for the services.
