Work Flow：
1. Manually place bottle parts into turntables and bowls, connect peristaltic pump hose to the
liquid storage tank, adjust the proper vibrating frequency for vibratory bowl feeders.
2. Upon confirming every bottle parts are placed in place and each mechanism is at their home
positions safely, start the machine
3. Bottles will be fed via the bottle turntable and be conveyed and grabbed into the starwheel
bottle holders and then indexed to the filling stations
4. When bottles arrive filling station, the dual filling stations fills the bottles each half the
volume, and then bottles being indexed to insert placing station
5. The insert placed bottles being indexed to the wick placing station for placing wicks. And
wicks will then be pressed securely and in place.
6. Wicked placed bottles will then be indexed to the cap placing and tightening stations for
corresponding operations.

7. Capped bottles will then be grabbed out of holders and placed on conveyors for discharging
8. Job completed.
